Do you have a restaurant that has become a regular place or favorite go to? For me, that has become Galley to the point I would crave certain food items on the daily. Such as, their goat cheese and prosciutto pizza and their truffles fries, so yum!
Before I get into the food, let's talk about where this restaurant is located and some information you should know prior. Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach is in the center of Downtown Palm Beach off Okeechobee Blvd. The Hilton has valet parking which the restaurant validates for you, just don't forget to get your ticket stamp! Galley is currently only open for dinner but it's a great spot for a date night or night out with friends. I love that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating, inside they have a decent amount of bar top seating and half of the patio area is covered and the other area has a mix of high top and some normal table seating as well.
I recommend making a reservation instead of walking in because it can get busy very quickly--- I've booked through OpenTable and never had any complaints or long wait times. They are currently doing Galley hour--- Wednesday-Friday, Sunday 5-7pm bites and snacks, $5 beers, half off mixed drinks and wine. Do not miss out on this special! I'm obsessed with their strawberry mojitos, if you know me then you know that's one of my signature cocktails!

My first time dining at Galley was outside in the patio at the beginning of the year on a double date with friends and we shared a few tapas and each of us ordered our own entrees. To be honest, we were not ready for how delicious the food was going to be. We all were guilty of wanting to lick our plates! This was the perfect way to try a little of everything and that is exactly how Galley should be experienced, trying a little bit of everything will leave you begging for more! My friend Kirstie said she gives it the chef's kiss LOL!
Unfortunately, COVID broke out, but all we did was talk about going back once they finally reopened! I talked so much about how delicious the food was a few months later I was able to return for my birthday and Galley once again did not disappoint!
We ate at this beautiful wooden high-top table. My husband loved the wooden finish on the table and loved that we got this huge table all to ourselves and by the end of the night, it was another chef's kiss moment! LOL! Besides the amazing food, the service is top-notch and very attentive. They also play the best music and their ambiance is unlike any other place I've experienced so you won't want to leave!
Since they have such a variety of delicious shareables and flavorful entrees you won't know what to choose or get one of everything! Either way, I am sure you'll need the wheelbarrow to take you back to your car! Seriously Galley hasn't disappointed me and I know it won't disappoint you!
